Your CRM, the way you actually want it to work

Find the companies, find who decides, record the call or the Zoom, and write the email it turns into. All on the same row, without leaving for another tool. One subscription instead of six, and nothing to set up.

Most sales teams are in one of three places

They never bought a CRM and the list lives in a spreadsheet. Or they bought one, and it holds the records while the real work happens somewhere else. Or they have one and the parts that would actually help are on a tier the business will not pay for.

All three end the same way. The salesperson works from a list and fills in the system later.

The good parts are behind the price

The big platforms will sell you sequences, call recording, AI writing and reporting. Each one sits on a higher tier, and by the time a small team has the features that would make a difference, the bill is several hundred a month per seat. So they stay on the plan that is really just a contact list.

So the reps buy their own

A subscription here, a free tier there, most of it on a personal card and none of it connected. When someone leaves, the notes leave with them. When you want to know what happened on a call in March, nobody can tell you.

What good salespeople usually end up paying for themselves

  • A chat AI to write the emails, pasted in by hand
  • A transcriber for the calls they remember to record
  • A contact finder credits spent on a name who left in 2023
  • An email tool for sequences and templates
  • A notes app that nobody else can see
  • The spreadsheet holding it all together

Six subscriptions, six logins, and nothing knows about anything else. Liniyan replaces all of it, and because the parts talk to each other the work between them disappears. No pasting, no re-typing, no explaining the situation to a chat window that has never seen the deal.

That time goes back into calls, which is the only part of the job that closes anything.

What you get for the one subscription

Not a CRM with AI bolted on the side. The two are the same thing, which is why it knows what happened on the call.

Nothing to set up

Sign up, name what you sell, and start. Your statuses, pipeline and templates are already there and you can change any of them. No implementation, no consultant, no three week project before the first call.

The history stays with the business

Every call, note, email and outcome sits on the lead. When someone leaves, the account does not go quiet. When someone joins, they can read what was said before they arrived.

Written from what was actually said

Record the call and the follow up email quotes the specifics: the number they gave you, the concern they raised, the person who has to sign. No pasting a transcript into a chat window and explaining the situation.

Built for volume

Forty emails from one template, each filled from its own lead. Bulk status changes, bulk research, bulk contact finding. Designed for someone making thirty calls a day rather than managing six accounts.

The parts talk to each other

The recording becomes the notes. The notes write the email. The email logs itself against the lead. Every handoff you used to do by hand is gone, and the hour a day it took goes back into the phone.

It knows your deals

Liniyan reads the ones you won and the ones you lost, works out what separated them, and checks your open deals against it. Advice from your own pipeline rather than from a sales book.

Priced like a tool, not a platform

Per person, monthly, cancel whenever. No annual commitment, no minimum seats, no onboarding fee, and a free plan that is a working CRM rather than a countdown to a sales call.

Built around the sale, not the database

Everything happens on the row. You do not navigate to a module to do your job.

01

Build the list

Describe who you sell to and Liniyan finds them, with websites, industry and contact details already filled in. It checks each one against what you have so you are never handed a company you called last month.

02

Find the person who decides

Search a company and Liniyan reads the results, pulls out the names and titles, and puts the right one on the lead. It reads the company website for a direct line and an address that reaches someone.

03

Make the call

Your number rings, the lead opens. Record a phone call or a Zoom and Liniyan writes it up: what was said, what was agreed, what to do next. Or speak your own notes afterwards and it tidies them into something you would have typed.

04

Send what comes next

Your templates fill from the lead and from what was actually said on the call. The draft opens in Gmail with your signature already on it. Write once, then send to forty.

05

Know where each deal stands

Liniyan reads your closed deals and works out what the won ones did differently. Then it checks an open deal against that and tells you plainly what is missing, while there is still time to do something about it.

Why it works

Most AI sales tools sit beside your CRM and need to be told everything. You paste in the context, explain the situation, and get back something generic because it has never seen the deal.

Liniyan already holds the call, the notes, the history and the outcome. When it writes an email it knows what was said on Tuesday. When it tells you a deal is in trouble, it is comparing it to the ones you actually lost.

That is the whole difference, and it is not something a chat window bolted onto a spreadsheet can do.

Priced for a sales team, not an enterprise

Per person, monthly, cancel whenever. The free plan is a real CRM rather than a countdown.

Every paid plan works the same way underneath. One workspace, shared by whoever you add to it, with the same leads, templates and history in front of all of them. The only difference is the rate: it drops to $59 once there are five of you.

About the list

If you already have one, it imports from a spreadsheet in a single step and costs nothing. Most people start there.

Building one inside Liniyan is different. It searches the live web for each company rather than reading a database, so what comes back is current and the websites resolve. That search costs real money, which is why it runs on credits instead of being included. It is still a fraction of what a list broker charges, and the companies are yours rather than sold to everyone in your industry the same week.

Buy credits when you need them, or connect your own Google AI key and manage it yourself at cost. The fair use policy sets out what a seat includes each month.

See it first

A half hour on Zoom, no charge. Bring a few of your own leads and we will run them through so you can see what it does with real ones rather than a demo account. Fridays, or by arrangement.

A full day, together. Your campaigns, statuses and templates built around how you actually sell, your existing list imported, and your first smart buttons written and tested. You finish the day with a working system rather than an empty one.

Enterprise and white label

Larger teams, your own branding and domain, your own AI keys, or Liniyan running as part of something you sell. We also build the parts specific to how you work: the repetitive steps between a call and the next action, automated properly rather than left to whoever remembers. Priced on what you need rather than per seat.
