Liniyan includes the AI features in the subscription rather than metering every action, because counting individual requests makes a tool tiring to use. You should be able to record a call without wondering what it cost.
That works because most people use roughly the same amount. To keep it working, each seat carries a monthly allowance set well above what a normal month uses.
Company research and list building are separate and run on credits, since that cost varies enormously with how much you build.
The CRM keeps working. Leads, templates, bulk email, call logging, imports and everything else are unaffected and always will be.
Only the parts that cost money to run pause: writing with AI, and transcription. They resume when you buy a top up, or when the month rolls over on the first.
You will see it coming. The allowance appears in Settings once you pass 60% of it.
Honestly: because one person using Liniyan ten times harder than everyone else costs more to serve than they pay, and the alternative is charging everyone more to cover it.
The allowance is roughly three times what a busy seller uses in a month. If you reach it, either you are working extremely hard or something is running that should not be. Both are worth knowing about, which is the other reason the limit exists.
Top ups are available in Settings, at close to what they cost us. They apply immediately and last until the end of the month.
If you reach the limit regularly, contact us. There is usually either a better plan for you or something in how the workspace is set up that is generating far more work than it needs to.
